Kintner Equipment Corporation designs, manufactures and integrates
specialized tooling for printed circuit board assembly applications.
By utilizing the same programmable 18" x 18" open frame XY
positioning systems that are used throughout the industry
to automatically insert Axial, DIP, Radial, Pin, SIP, Odd-form
and other Through hole Mounted devices into printed circuit
boards, KEC has created a low cost, high performance solution
for inserting: Custom Interconnect Hardware, Bandoliered Pins,
End-to-End Pins, Continuous Stampings, Spacers, Pillars, Standoffs,
Tabs/Terminals, Test Points, Fuse Clips, Jumper Wires, RFI
Shields manufactured by; Autosplice, Harwin, Tyco, Zierick
and many others. KEC will supply XY positioning systems in
the following configurations: untooled, tooled (production
ready), with or without rotary table(s), single head, dual
head, below board support, automated board handling (pass-thru
or single board transfer) and board error correction - BEC.
Our fully automatic .025 sq and .045 sq pin inserters typical
yield in excess of 10,000 pph.
Used and remanufactured systems are available from KEC with
installation, training, warranty and technical support.
