This machine is the automated in-line version of the manual loaded machine, featuring the “Super fast” robotic motion to maximize production. This machine performs the soldering of ‘through hole” components to PCBs in a “lights out” in-line process while maintaining the PCB stationary which prevents components from toppling over causing “unset” inter-metallic fillets. This machine is an automated selective soldering machine using the proven ‘traveling mini–solder wave”.
